Our standard hours, upcoming holiday closures, and the fastest ways to reach the team. Members of our team observe Jewish holidays, so a few dates each year fall outside normal hours. Everything affected is listed below.

Standard hours

These apply every week. The calendar below shows only the dates that differ.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
Full support and project hours.

9:00 AM to early afternoon
Shortened day year round. The exact close time shifts with the season.

Our standard weekend, every week of the year.

Email is open around the clock. Send anything to [email protected] whenever it comes up, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We read and reply during business hours, and we prioritize anything time sensitive.

We work through the US federal holidays. Thanksgiving, July 4th, Memorial Day and the rest are normal working days for us. They are often our quietest and quickest.
